When I first saw that this cache was a 3 difficulty, I was a little nervous. I'm still new to caching and sometimes I can't find 1 or 2 difficulties, but after reading some of the posts I thought I could find it. We went a few day ago to scout the location but there were too many "Muggles" so we've been coming back everyday (sometime 2 or 3 times a day) but we finally got lucky today after a quick grocery run.
